Emotional Intelligence Program Overview
-
Most professionals spend so much time making a living that they struggle to make a life. Research shows that what sets apart those who can achieve a fulfilled life of success, balance, and purpose is their Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ). More essential than IQ, talent, knowledge, or experience, EQ reflects your ability to understand, manage, develop, and motivate yourself, and communicate and interact with others in effective, productive ways.
Even more importantly, studies demonstrate that higher levels of EQ can be learned and developed. Awaken EQ is a unique, engaged learning experience in which you will learn fundamental Emotional Intelligent concepts and non-cognitive skills that you can immediately begin to implement to create a healthier, rewarding, and thriving professional and personal life of balance. Greater self-awareness of your own emotions and thought patterns will empower you to become more positive and proactive. You will develop skills to enhance your ability to master your emotions, communicate more effectively, strengthen your resilience, manage stress and conflict, and enable you to realize the quality of life you truly want.
The program includes expert instruction, group discussions, reflective exercises, emotional intelligence self and peer assessments, a personal program manual and workbook, and other engaged learning activities that will start making your emotions work for you.Learning Outcomes
